Missed one phone call from them after leaving a message so I called back a second time to make an appointment. After that, I never could get a call back to schedule an appointment. Left the messages (during business hours) followed all directions, and nothing. It’s like they gave up trying to call me back the second time around. Switched to a different dermatologist and am so glad I did.

Dr Morocco and his nursing staff deserve 5 stars. His reception- not even 1. I am a receptionist myself and I would never treat people the way these ladies constantly do. Unfortunately reception is the front face of the entire office. I came in today to schedule in person since they’re so awful on the phone and my experience was even worse. Worst reception staff I have ever seen anywhere. Rude for no reason at all to someone who was nothing but kind to them. Magali lied in my chart and clearly hates her job. Update: this office decided to drop me as a patient over this. Gave me 30 days to find a new dr when I have a chronic condition. I’m gonna end up back in the hospital again and again and maybe this time it’ll take my life. This office better hope not. The one who held grace was the one dismissed. I hope MAGALI was dismissed as well.

Took me 2-3 months to schedule my appointment and 1-2 months to finally get my medication. Staff do not respond to phone calls and it takes 3-5 days to get a response from when I started going here in march. The 5 stars with no comments could not have been real patients here.

My cousin had a melanoma removed. He had her come back the next month to have another one removed. 2 positive cancer melanoma. He did not send her to an oncologist. She now has stage 4 cancer. I think it would have been caught earlier if he had sent her to the oncologist. I have no faith in him. She is 58 yrs old in hospice now. So sad.

I called to schedule an appt, left a message with no response called again and was told to call back during business hours. I called back during business hours and was told again to call back during business hours. I told the gentleman it was during business hours and he couldn’t explain it. I give the 3 strike rule and I will be going to Delaware.
