Communicating with Patients is not their strongest suit. They left a voicemail for an appointment change (which unfortunately I missed), however I continue to receive emails and texts confirming the original date and time (including on the day of the appointment) - which they have cancelled but I only found out once I was there.

From when I stepped foot in the door to leaving I had a very pleasant experience. The staff behind the counter were polite and welcoming. Lauren Churchey and her assistant were very efficient and explained everything when doing my full body check. I would defiantly recommend this clinic to anyone who is feeling anxious about getting a full body check

The only thing I have to say is if you're wanting to shut that office down in Mason by making the patients fill out all that paperwork every time they come in, you're doing a damn good job of it. While I was in the office I heard three people say this was going to be there last visit. The largest majority of your patients are probably over 65 years of age, we didn't grow up with a computer / iPhone in our I hands. We use common sense in my day.
