I have been receiving hormone replacement Therapy for over 10 years. I’ll be 65 this year and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my well-being. Dr. Rao is and his staff are like family...always nice, professional and happy! Dr. Rao makes you feel comfortable and always asks how you’re feeling and always explaining about the medications your receiving and how they will help in your day to day health. He always explains your blood results and let’s you know if the numbers reflect anything that needs to be addressed. Worse mistake I ever made. I spent over 1100.00 to have pellets installed that were supposed to make me feel better. A week after I had them inserted I started having back and abdomen pain, which I have never had before. I called and told them and they had me come in so they could look at me. Dr Rao said everything looked good. Another couple of weeks went by and the pain got worse, so I called again and told them and they had me come back in. Once again he said everything looked good. I told hin obviously everything was not good because I was in excruciating pain. Dr Rao said it was not from anything he had done. I have spent thousands of dollars going to other medical facilities trying to get an answer, but nobody has been able to give me one other than maybe he cut a nerve when the pellets were inserted. To top it all off after six weeks my testosterone level was rechecked and had not gone up at all. I wish I was never referred to Dr Rao. Hope you have a better experience.
