Five stars. I’m a new patient and the appointment process was quick and easy. Every person I encountered while in the office was nice and genuinely listened to my concerns. It was nice to actually not be made to feel like I was a bother!! Will continue to visit this practice. Highly recommend!

This is a dishonest practice! After recommendation from the doctor, I decided to try 2 skin care products. They told told me the cost was approximately $265. I paid for the product, they gave it to me, and I left. Later I get a bill for $122 for the product and was told they made a mistake in the price. I called and the doc office said they made an error in the cost of the product and since I got the product I should pay the extra. I didn’t accept this error on their part and wouldn’t let it drop. Then I got another bill and they tried to say it was a billing problem with insurance, but it wasn’t. My insurance paid for the yearly exam, but obviously not for the skin care product, which I paid the price I was told it was. Billing said they would get back to me, never did. Later, I asked to make an appointment for a yearly screening and they refuse to see me now because of the bill they made an error on. Here is a scenario.. if you went to a restaurant and ordered a meal, you were told the price was $265.. you paid it and left.. then the restaurant sends you a bill for $122 saying they made a mistake on the price… would you pay it?

Staff was amazing and so polite! I was late by a few minutes due to traffic and the receptionists were so kind about it! My PA was incredible and helpful, and made me feel at ease with my questions and issues. Highly recommend!!

Got an appointment within 2 days. Stff was friendly and courteous. They communicated and explained everything quite well. The facility is easy to find and super clean. Will likely continue my care here as opposed to my old provider.

Dr. Killian and Matt were great. They explained everything before each step. The entire staff were great. Highly recommend.
