Ideal Image Toledo

My time with Hannah at Ideal Image was perfect! She is extremely knowledgeable. The staff could not be more friendly. The salon is very clean & sanitized . Upon opening the door, one is met with a smile & a welcoming hello!!

I had a Great experience with NP Hannah! I received a chemical peel and left with revived facial skin. She made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions, while also being attentive during treatment. 10/10 recommend and will be going back.

2ND UPDATE: 1/8/2025 I wanted to continue my updates until my issues are resolved. I felt confident my issue would be resolved considering Alicia had begun the process, and she stated all should be good with one more visit with her after the holidays. I received a voicemail and an email from them and did respond and left a voicemail. I received the call back from a young woman out of Allen Park who insisted on over talking me and would not listen. She told me that due to the time span, if I did not get the second part completed this week, it could not be done. It was through no fault of my own that it took so long to get started in the first place. It was simply due to them telling me they would get to me and it taking weeks for someone to get to me. Now I have a young woman on the phone expecting that I should drop everything considering I'm working two jobs which are the same hours as their hours and if I don't complete this week the second portion will not be completed. I have this young woman who has told me that what was discussed between Alicia and I will not be honored unless I find a way to get off work and have the rest of my issue resolved this week. This experience has been upsetting and disappointing. My experience in person with Alicia was great. The other parts of this experience were very disappointing. UPDATE: I received a call back and had an appointment at the Allen Park location with Alicia. She was able to identify exactly what I complained about, and she is currently trying to work on the issue. I will need to see her 1 or 2 more times, and then my problem should be resolved. I am extremely disappointed with the ideal image. I am a middle-aged African American woman who works 2 jobs. I don't have loads of extra money. I literally need to save for a year or more to be able to treat myself to the types of services offered by Ideal Image. I received facial filler, and after she was done, she could not seem to pull up the side by side before and after images. She told me she would email them and never did. After making 2 phone calls to image, I was told they needed me to sign a release and that it would be emailed. I had to call back again to request the release. I signed and emailed it back, and still no photos. I called again and was told they would send them..no photos. It wasn't until I emailed that I still had not received the images that I received them. I already felt it didn't look good, and on the photos, I really noticed noticed it didn't look good. One side was nicely done. However, the other side not so much. I also have a line on the same side from my nose to my mouth that wasn't there before. I reached out to Ideal Image and upon receiving a call back, I was interrogated as if I had committed a crime. I was told to come into the office for additional photos. I went in on a Friday afternoon so they could take photos. The following Friday, I still had not heard back and decided to call. I was told I was on the list and that she would eventually get to me. When I initially inquired online, they called within 15 minutes and set my appointment for 3 days later. When Ideal Image was ready to take my money, I was a priority. Now that they have my money, I'm on the list, and they will get to me. Do better ideal image and treat all customers regardless of RACE, SIZE, AGE ETC with the same respect and care.

I will never recommend Ideal Image to anyone. The location I started at shut down and no one even reached out. I drove over an hour to receive treatment. Then my membership was cancelled. I reached out to see what I could do. They told me I reached the end of my package, but after reviewing everything I still was owed 2 sessions. My hair is still here and growing.

I had a procedure with NP Hannah who was very professional and knowledgeable. She made the experience comfortable and was able to answer any question I had. The facility was clean and I plan on booking again.
