Sweet Dreams Salt Therapy

We love Sweet Dreams! I was skeptical about salt therapy at first but it truly is wonderful. We always leave feeling better and refreshed. The children's room is also such a great value! My kids love going and we all get the benefit of the salty air. I definitely recommend trying it out!

I have been going to SDST since May 2024. I have tried the IR Sauna, Floating, Salt Therapy, and PEMF. Due to my vestibular/spine problems, the IR Sauna and Floating didn't work well for me. The Salt Therapy (which I started 5 years ago in Austin, TX) is great for my lungs. The Pulse-PEMF has been instrumental for my musculoskeletal system and has helped relieve pain and headaches. It's been great between chiropractic appointments. Alyssa is great and has worked out monthly plans for me. Also a plus: They take CareCredit! I highly recommend SDST in Plain City!

I really enjoyed my time there and plan on going back, I had have a recent surgery to remove an implant of a Pain Stimulator that wasn't working, so I'm ready to go back to the Sweet Dreams again!!

I have come to this facility three times for a couple of different services; But my last visit solidified my patronage to this establishment! I had a horrible migraine that induces vertigo if not treated quickly. Nothing I tried at home worked, mistaking the time I called and Alissa got me in for a float at 620 willing to stay after hours to let me attempt to get rid of it. She also offered if this did not subside it to let me use the pulse machine and her stay back even longer. The float did the trick to subside it and by the next morning my vestibular nerve was calmed reducing all neck stiffness and pain as well. Lorelei and Alissa are amazing, very knowledgeable, and compassionate to their clientele. Highly recommend this place!!!

My wife and I did the salt treatments; it was relaxing and helpful. I'm guessing the more you go the better the result. I liked the infrared and will try the float tank and hyperbaric chamber next. Alissa was very friendly and made the visit a positive experience!
