TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I couldn’t recommend this place enough not only because my treatment came out amazing and beautiful but the staff here is the best I’ve experienced in this industry! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Ari and Kayle who were AMAZING! They made me feel like I was some kind of VIP because of how sweet, kind, and pleasant they were. They made me feel so at ease and comfortable and they were such a pleasure. I wish I could write a book about each girl here because these two alone would have made my experience great , yet with each interaction I had I realized everyone there is smart, kind, with 5 star customer service! Then I had the pleasure of meeting Kylee, who again did not disappoint! She was WONDERFUL! I can not express how bubbly, in the absolute best way possible she was, made me feel so beautiful (All the staff were so complimentary and you could tell it was genuine) , had me laughing the entire time and was so educational, professional and did an amazing job breaking down costs and options with zero pressure to purchase anything and did such an amazing job at explaining everything to me and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable like i’ve known her for years! I cannot say enough good about her! Lastly my injector Michelle was of course as you guest it nothing short of WONDDERFUL! She was insanely intelligent, educated me on the tons of questions I had. I went in for a consultation because I knew there was something “off” I wanted treated but was clueless how to go about it and she delivered! She gave me a comprehensive breakdown of anything and everything I brought to her attention, did NOT in the slightest try to upsell (none of the staff did) or get me to purchase anything I was unsure I wanted but made sure I was educated on the different options I had. Also her work was BEAUTIFUL!!!! I didn’t think there was a solution for what i was looking into and she nailed it and made me feel so great about my self and even when you think it can’t get better she was also had the best customer service ever and was so astoundingly sweet! SO THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL YOU WONDERFUL GIRLS!!! Sorry for the long review but honestly everyone there needed recognized, don’t change!

Extremely disappointed in my experience and I would never return here or trust them. I went in as a Groupon customer for Botox and lip Filler. The Provider walked in the room and immediately tried to sell me on a BBL laser package without even discussing my goals. When I politely declined, she very rudely gave me recommendations about my lips and skin with no compassion and as if she didn’t want to work with me. She told me my current filler was migrated and it needed to be dissolved, I asked for pricing on that she said I needed to talk to her intake colleague for that and wouldn’t give it to me. I was willing to hear the process but wanted to understand my options. I wasn’t comfortable doing that dissolving the same day. So I was going to proceed just with Botox, she asked again if I wanted a consult on the skin laser BBL. I again said no thanks, she came back in the room and REFUSED my Botox and any service, when she realized I would not be upsold on her laser services. She made me feel horrible. I wouldn’t trust this place on your aesthetics. As a woman you don’t want to feel belittled or put down in what should be a safe place. This woman violated my trust no one should feel this way, especially in a vulnerable place like the aesthetics space. My fault for trying a Groupon for delicate services like these. The intake staff was very nice, the provider however was incredibly rude and insensitive, I hope no one has to feel this way from a provider as I did today.

Strongsville staff were amazing! Very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Rebecca answered all my questions and provided so much education about aesthetics. She was caring and personable. I had the best experience and definitely would recommend Rebecca and the other staff members at face forward!

Had the most amazing experience at Face Forward. The staff are so welcoming & nice & fun!!!! I had an appointment with Rebecca NP and she took so much time with the consultation and educated me on the facts and how to get the best end results. She is so knowledgeable & sweet!!!! She took more time with me than any other person I’ve gone to before for my Botox. I’m so pleased with my results and experience here. This is my new favorite place!
