I had the greatest overall experience with the care provided at Big Creek surgery center in Middleburg Hts, and with Dr Raymond Seballos as my plastic surgeon for an upper & lower eyelid surgery on Jan 7, 2025. I would say Dr Seballos is a rare breed of professional who clearly cares about his patients, and is very easy to talk to, will take all the time you need for questions, and he explains the entire procedure (Pros & Risks) very accurately. Although it’s early in my recovery, I just know Dr Seballos did a fantastic job! I have full confidence in his skill set and am so glad doctors of his caliber are available in my Cleveland OH area. In fact my significant other was so impressed with Dr Seballos’ all around experience, his down to earth demeanor and non-arrogant personality, that he has already committed to having his lower eyelids done with him next year as well!

One of the sweetest kindest people I have encountered and he does a phenomenal job.Twenty years and I’m going back to have a mini face lift and I’m looking forward to it.Staff was amazing and the surgery centers he used was great.He was there when eye went to sleep and there when I woke up

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Seballos and his team. I needed a sensitive surgery quickly, and they got me right in. The facility is classy and immaculate. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Seballos did an incredible job with the surgery and his bedside manner is impeccable. He made me feel so comfortable. What a great guy! I highly recommend this doctor, and I always have high expectations. Thanks again.
