I've seen other dermatologist in Stillwater Sarah Metcalf is the best as far as I'm concerned.

Dr. Metcalf is great and has a lot of experience. She cares about the patients and explains everything very well. The only issue is the wait time. Have been here twice. Each time had to wait at least 20 minutes to be called by the nurse and after that another 10-15 minutes to see the doc.

My first and last visit to Sara Metcalf was some 7 + years ago. I had a pore that kept filling up, and she "removed" it, only to leave a scar, and the issue to reoccur in the same spot a few weeks later. Even though my insurance covered both the exam of several spots, and this botched cyst removal, her office billed additional fees. after several years of no contact, they referred the account to collections some 4 years after services rendered, well after I had left the state. You can expect issues to not be resolved, and then to be sent to collections randomly years after service incorrectly, I can only assume because they don't have enough repeat business due to poor performance by their office and or "medical" staff.

I’ve been using Metcalf for years however it took 2 months to get in and then I sat over 40 min to get into a room, let alone the time to actually be seen. Very disappointed with this. Also they have a mask mandate which is coming down from corporate, well corporate doesn’t dictate to me, since everywhere else is mask optional. I am now after 40 min in a room. Hope it won’t talks long as my day is already scheduled out beyond just this appt. Love the dr’/ assistants but disappointed in the time wait and the 2 month out date for this appt.

I have been a patient of Dr Sara Metcalf since her earliest days of her practice in Stillwater. Dr Metcalf has always been professional, patient at explaining a diagnosis and offeres options foi treatment. Best at what she dies.
