I have never waited long to be seen by the doctor. The staff has always been helpful and the staff with hands on care has always been professional. I have NO complaints.

I have gone to Dr Hall for many years when he treats my husband who is paying dearly for years of baling hay without sunscreen or a hat. How do you thank a specialist you believe has saved the life of your loved one? Not only is he keenly observant and clearly very bright, he is kind and clearly explains what he sees and the seriousness of a problem. I highly recommend him not only as a fine doctor but also as a fine person.

I have never written a bad review on anyone but I feel like this experience needs to be shared. My son had an appointment with Dr. Hall for the first time three weeks ago. The office was chaotic and the staff was unhelpful. He waited one hour in the lobby before being taken back to a room where he then proceeded to wait another thirty minutes. Dr. Hall came in for maybe 90 seconds and the appointment was over. Thought this was a one time thing so I made him a follow up appointment for three weeks. Fast forward to that visit today…my son waited an hour and a half in the lobby. When he inquired at the front desk, the girl was completely dismissive and unfriendly. Basically said “You can reschedule”. He was finally taken back to a room and waited an additional 15 minutes. Again, Dr. Hall came in for 90 seconds and was on his way. Unbelievable to me that this office is still open.

Was in for my annual check up today. Got to office about 15 min early. Waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. Doc did his exam which didn't take long. He always asks if I have questions and answers them fully if I do. He comes across as totally professional.

My daughter has had 2 appointments, one of which we are in the middle of now. Both times, we have waited way past our appointment times. This appointment was for a minor procedure that they decided to perform in between office visits with other patients due to a scheduling error. I get mistakes. No biggie. The icing on the cake was when I was told non-chalantly at the last minute prior to the procedure, “oh you’ll have to wait outside!” For a procedure being done on a minor?? Absolutely ridiculous. She was terrified and didn’t want me to leave. All of this on top of waiting for 2 hours!!! We will absolutely not be coming back!
