Worst Experience - Avoid Dr. Mark D. Garcia and His Staff If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Mark D. Garcia and his staff, particularly Mary and Lauren, lack basic knowledge and professionalism. They don’t seem to know how to handle patients properly, and their attitudes are dismissive and rude. It’s clear they don’t have the patience or empathy required for their roles. Their focus is entirely on money rather than providing quality care. You barely get two minutes of their time, and they charge you over $200 for it—completely unjustifiable and outrageous. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by going elsewhere

I really wanted to like it here but he didn't listen at all during my appt I paid cash, right after I left the pricy appt I called his office to let him know he missed the majority of my problem areas that I clearly pointed out and that was plain as day...well his staff promised to call me back within 24 hours. I never received a call back, email back nothing. I had vein removal I would not suggest going here, the doctor only acts like he cares when you are right in front of him the moment you step away the true colors show that it was only a transaction. Doctors are supposed to care, I wasted a lot of money and went through a lot of pain and he actually scarred my nose. I contacted my credit card company to dispute in hopes the doctor would correct and nope again just fought the case. I really wanted to like him but I would avoid this place.

I have been coming to Dr. Garcia for the past 8 months because of my foster daughter. My experience with this establishment has been a blessing! I Appreciate when he put my daughter on medication, the staff called to see how the medication was working and if she had any side effects. Another thing I really appreciate is Dr. Garcia addresses the both of us when he is speaking. The staff is always, joyful and playful with us when we come in. I absolutely appreciate that! Having to bring a child to the doctor is stressful enough, their attitude makes what I have to do so much easier.

worst derm ever. refused to give me accutane instead gave me some samples of face wash you can buy at walmart. went to a different dermatologist and got prescribed accutane w no side effects and acne clearing up within 7 days. dont trust this scam artist. he keeps your acne worse so you keep coming back to him

I went there and had a melanoma taking off my neck. Everything is about money. Waited two and a half weeks for my results to see if my margins had clear. Called the office and all they could tell me is that I had a $43 charge left over. Then I was told he was out of the office. I paid $120 for an office visit, and then almost 500 the second time. And they want to harass me about a $43 charge left over. I got two texts telling me that I owed their $43. I will be moving I do not trust in someone who is more worried about money than patients.
