Very professional and talented Surgeon. His staff was super helpful and informative. I also liked that Dr. Paulsen took me through the whole process which included 6 monthsof aftercare. I highly recommend this Surgeon and Plastic Surgery Associates!

I went in for reconstructive earlobe surgery to close my gauges so I can join the military. I’m glad I chose them, as they were by far the most reliable and reasonably priced for the surgery! On the day of the procedure, it only took about 2.5 hours to complete, followed by a week of sleeping on an airplane neck pillow to keep the pressure off my earlobes. I had three follow-up checkups to ensure everything was healing properly, and I just had my final one on 12/16/24. Everything was perfect in terms of healing! Everyone who knew me before the surgery has raved about how great my ears look—you can’t even tell I once had them stretched to an inch and a half! Thanks again, Dr. Paulson, for getting me where I need to be! (They also let me keep the forbidden peach rings so I could scare a few of my friends… hey don’t judge! I thought it was funny. Not so much for my chief lol but my recruiter got a really good laugh out of it when I said I had A surprise for him (but also to show I was serious on joining the military) -ZG Ps. His entire staff of women are super beautiful!! So that’s a plus. Haha

I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Paulsen at the end of October. Him and all of his staff have been absolutely amazing and I am so in love with my results! He takes time with you and the care before and after surgery are the best. I had a lot of follow up appointments but only to make sure everything was healing properly. He didn't just do surgery and take my money he cares as well as his staff. I've also had botox and a little lip filler done. Absolutely love everything! Thank you so much Dr. Paulsen and staff! ❤️❤️

Dr. Paulsen took the time to explain everything that was going to happen. He called my first evening when I went home. He made absolute sure that I and my husband understood what to do and what to look for if there was an emergency after we went home. He gave us a real since of ease. He was very caring and professional during my treatments. Judy, Tonya, and Sarah are fabulous. The know you and know about you. They literally make you feel like family. Every time I went in I was treated BY name and what i was there for. I would HIGHLY recommend Plastic Surgery Associates of Tulsa to anyone looking for that little update🥰.

I am 4 weeks out from a lower face and neck lift. I am extremely happy with the results. I became very sick after the procedure from the anesthesia and he and all his staff were so caring in helping me. Dr. Paulsen and his staff are amazing!. They are so welcoming and friendly. This has been a great experience from the start. Dr. Paulsen listened to my concerns and explained what he felt would work best for me. I couldn’t be happier!
