I went to JW Holland last week because a dear friend of mine works there and I just needed a change! I wasn’t getting the “pick me up” feeling anymore! So on a whim of talking to the assistant multiple times I just told her to put me on the books! BEST DECISION I EVER EVER MADE!!! I will continue to go back and I have found my home! I did Botox, lip filler and finally pulled the trigger on cheek filler and I have NEVER BEEN MORE HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS! DR. Martin hands down was the best! Her bedside manner was out of this world and I had a million and one questions and she answered them all! I went in the thinking I knew exactly what I wanted… I left with exactly what I needed! If you are in the market for a new injector or anything skin related this is your place!

I went to JW Holland a few times for Botox and once for lip filler. Had I not gone to Ideal Image, I wouldn’t be writing this review. When going to JW Holland, they expressed that I needed 40 units of Botox to achieve my wanted look. And 20 units to refresh. I blindly went with what they said because I trusted them. I went to Ideal Image, bought 40 units because I figured that’s what I needed when it was on sale. When I got my service done at Ideal Image, the nurse there told me for being 26 yrs old, 40 units is a LOT. To that, I was a bit hesitant and surprised because I had only been told I needed 40 at JW Holland because the muscles in my face were very “active.” (Mind you, I have not gotten Botox in over a year due to pregnancy/breastfeeding) After the 26 units, not only did I receive my desired look (no movement on my forehead), I got the exact same results as I did at JW Holland and spent less money. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Their staff has always been very friendly and nice, and I thought that I would always go back. But I feel as though I was lied to just for them to get more money out of me.

I started going to JW Holland around a year ago for laser hair removal. At the time of purchase I paid for a total of 3 areas, I was reassured that we will begin treatments and do spot treatments until I was satisfied. After a couple of sessions the woman that was doing my treatments was no longer there. My next treatment was someone new. The next treatment I was told that lady was also no longer there and I’ve had 3 new women since then. Having 5 people do what they say is “the right way to do it” and still having hair is beyond ridiculous, let alone having 5 people do a Brazilian. This was overall not a good experience for me and I have coworkers who bought the package as well at the same time and they are and have dealt with these same issues along the way. Please do yourself a favor go somewhere else for your laser hair removal or you will be a year in and still be shaving.
