Husband saw Dr. Cook today. She was quick, thorough and professional. Staff is swamped but efficient. I've seen Dr. Monks here and also impressed with his expertise.

This place gives no curtsy reminders. The receptionist is very rude and does not work with you. The appointments for new patients are not till 3 months out and they don’t give you any reminders which is not professional. I don’t know any doctors offices that do not give an email or text of the date and time of an appointment as well as no reminders. Yes, I missed my appointment and that was my responsibility, I work full time at a very demanding job so an appointment can easily slip through. However I will never want to trust my health with a place that allows this. The receptionist didn’t even try and get my business to get in they must already be rich with business. Also, never was I told when I first called to make note that if I didn’t show I would be charged $50.

I was seen by a doctor in Muskogee from this group. when doctor came in she didn't introduce herself, just ask me what I needed, informed me that insurance might not cover some and out the door she went. A nurse gave me the shots, doctor returned, did 6 areas and out the door. They didn't explain any kind of after care and never asked me before procedures if I had quit taking my blood thinner. I had an area that I was concerned about, she looked at it and said , oh it might be this or that but no explanation as too what that is in layman's terms. Needless to say I won't be returning. A person in this day and age is just a dollar sign, welcome to the next generation of medical practice,

Was referred by friends that go there. Made an appointment six weeks ago for 8 am. Called Friday prior to confirm get a voicemail no one retuned call. Arrive 7:15 for 8 am appointment once inside am told we have no record of you making an appointment here. She thought I came to the wrong clinic but my appointment book at home showed I didn’t. Typical incompetence from office staff. Wasted my time and gas driving round trip of 24 miles for nothing.

Today I visited Dermatologist Courtney Cook. Very indifferent, careless, unprofessional doctor, like a robot, her a face was saying " I am too busy for you". She didn't even examined my skin tags. She looked at them from distance. Spent with me less that 10 minutes. She just told me that I do have skin tags, which I already knew. Couldn't explain how and why they come out. I had one big black one on my neck, doctor said that she could cut it and send it for biopsy. How she can cut it without knowing what she is cutting? She offered to freeze small ones (which is an old method) and said that they might grow again. Really? In our days doctors do dermoscopy, blood tests and there are tons of medication to strengthen the immune system, she doesn't mention any medical therapy. Doctor said this is not caused by HPV (Human papillomavirus), but she has no idea what it caused. Feeling myself cheated. Very rude operator over the phone saying this is what the doctor learns at school. Don't waste your time.
