Disappointing Customer Service (Timber). Unequal Treatment and management department While the medical care itself was fine, the management (Greta) and overall customer service left much to be desired. It became clear that the office treats certain customers unequally, favoring some while disregarding others. My experience felt impersonal, as if the office was more focused on corporate profit than providing fair and equal treatment to all clients. The staff was unresponsive and seemed to prioritize efficiency over addressing genuine concerns. I tried to address my concerns with the management, but it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I felt more like a number than a person seeking care. It’s disappointing to see a healthcare office operate with such a corporate mentality, neglecting the importance of fair and personalized service. I love this place! From the moment you walk in they all make you feel so welcome and remember you so quickly! Any service I get from the esthetician Bri is unmatched! She makes sure the entire experience is relaxing and beneficial and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to your skin and recommending products that can effectively get you to the goals you have! I always leave feeling incredibly refreshed and pampered!

Been waiting 9 months for an appointment only for them to call the day before stating patients are being rescheduled for 5 months out. Over a year for an appointment is beyond ridiculous. Patients being rescheduled through no fault of their own should be given first priority.

Dr. Guidry has been my dermatologist for five years. During that time she has performed two different skin cancer surgeries on me. I have a long history of skin cancer so Dr. Guidry keeps a close watchful eye on any suspicious spots that may appear. She has always been friendly, attentive, and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Guidry.
