I have had consistently good experiences here, and most recently had Britney as my laser technician. She's great - receptive and responsive, I like her technique, and she's thorough. The other nurse I've had (I'm so sorry, I don't remember her name) is also very good with great attention to detail. The pricing for Laser Away's business model may be a bit higher than some individual places, but it's much lower than any "unlimited laser treatments" providers. At 4 treatments of 8, I'm seeing results and am quite content with my choice. Everyone here has been genuinely kind and I am so grateful!

I absolutely love going to Lazer away each week to see Essi and Brittney! They have changed my life for the better and I can’t be happier my lips are full, face smooth and frozen just how I like it and I’m down 29 pound since starting Trizepitide, the best part of my journey is that I get to see them each week to get my treatments. If you are a mom in your 40s who needs to get your self esteem back run, don’t walk, run to get your consolation today they will change your life and you’ll make great friends in the process, I feel so good I couple scream from the rooftops I LOVE LAZER AWAY! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There was some disorganization, as only one of my back-to-back appointments (Botox + Clear & Brilliant) was actually scheduled. I had to flag that the Clear & Brilliant should come first, which is when the scheduling issue was discovered. I had received an invoice for the treatment so unclear why it was not scheduled. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate both services. In terms of the overall experience, there were a few areas that could be improved: • Lack of clear customer direction: For example, a towel was left draped over the bed, but no instructions were provided about changing into it. There is a nice visual deck for what to expect for the facial that I requested to confirm coverage area but actually has all the treatment Dos and Donts and aftercare that would have been useful as a guideline prior. Or after. They only sent Botox aftercare instructions while the laser seems also important to warrant info. • Limited check-ins during treatment: There were no check-ins regarding pain levels, and the treatment room was quite cold. After mentioning this, nothing was offered to address it. I was given warning prior to being touched or poked. • Unclear communication about treatment execution: After my chest treatment, I noticed asymmetry and asked about it immediately. I was told the provider had followed where the receptionist applied the numbing cream. She then mentioned that some areas would appear more red than others, which I felt was an attempt to suggest that the areas I pointed out had been treated, even though they didn’t seem to have been. This explanation felt dismissive, as it didn’t address the visible asymmetry. While I understand that treatment areas may not extend fully to the shoulder, as shown in the pamphlet image, it’s unclear why one side was treated much closer to that boundary than the other. It would have been more reassuring if the provider had acknowledged the discrepancy in the numbing cream placement and adjusted the treatment area accordingly, rather than implying full coverage had been achieved. Brought up concern to reception over text after receiving coverage info and have not received any clarification/response as of the following day. First time getting chest done and I don’t know what I don’t know and nobody is clarifying. • Pushback on simple requests: I experienced slight resistance when requesting a new needle for Botox, though I noticed a positive difference after it was switched. While I understand these businesses are busy and staff have a lot to manage in limited time, when investing in premium treatments, there’s an expectation of both quality service and attention to detail. Basic check-ins on comfort, and clear honest communication about procedures would significantly improve the overall experience.

Today I had Teasag and it was a really excellent Laser hair removal experience because she talked me through my discomfort and helped me stay focused on my ultimate goals: why I came to get hair removal in the first place. Not only are these girls skilled workers, but demonstrate kindness/friendliness/empathy in everything they do. So far I have been super impressed with Mary’s gentleness/knowledge-base, Reagan’s down to earth/calm precision, Marissa’s friendly professionalism, Kira’s eagerness to help/welcoming smile, and Teasag’s patience/thoroughness has left me feeling pampered. These girls are beautiful from the inside out, cannot wait to meet everyone else in my hair removal journey!

Excellent treatments, care, and courtesy from all the staff. Sarah, my technician, always does a great job and helps make it a pleasant experience as well. I’m three treatments in on torso hair removal and starting to see results!
