Very clean, nice office.. friendly and knowledgable staff. Quick as well! Update: Went for my appointment today to have a skin cancer spot removed. Dr Whitman was very thorough in his explanations and in the procedure itself. The staff there is so kind and efficient as well! I love this office! I’ll continue to be a patient there :)

I am extremely disappointed that I had to reschedule my appointment twice. In early December, I was contacted to reschedule due to an unforeseen schedule conflict, which I understand is beyond my control. However, I would have appreciated a more organized approach. Today, on the day of my appointment, 2 hours before, I was called to reschedule because the doctor felt unwell. While I acknowledge the importance of staying home when ill, I have been patiently waiting for this appointment for several months. I could have gotten treatment from another doctor, but I had chosen to remain with this provider based on recommendations. Now I got rescheduled out in MAY! I will be taking my business elsewhere, I’m extremely disappointed and bummed, but I cannot continue to wait another 3-4 months as I have been waiting since OCTOBER!

Very friendly office, first time I went to a derm and felt I was given appropriate time and respect from the provider. I saw Kelly Farm NP and she answered all of my questions and then some and explained things well. Not once did anyone try to upsell me a bunch of non covered cosmetic services as I had experienced at other offices. Will definitely be back for future skin screenings.

Everything was great except the gal with hair would not let me in to sit down and wait when I arrived early to fill out the paperwork. I was told to arrive early. No place to sit outside the office so I had to go back down to the first floor. No big deal if my knee didn’t hurt. Doc Killi was very nice.

I arrived several minutes early for my appointment but they took me right in. Dr. Whitman explained everything to me prior to doing the procedure and after they performed the procedure they gave me plenty of time to ask any questions regarding aftercare or what I could expect in the near future regarding the skin cancer they'd removed. A day later now I feel fine. The wound doesn't really hurt and I feel very positive regarding the entire experience. I wish all my medical appointments were this pleasant. They clearly do work hard to make my experience the norm for all their patients. Upon meeting Dr. Whitman, he took notice of a small bit of a rush on my head and face, which I was somewhat aware of but had not really noticed. He explained what that actually was and prescribed a medication to address that issue, which was entirely unrelated to reason for my visit.
