Dr Jonathan is thee Best and I always leave his office feeling 1000% better, than when I went in! Small Non-nonsense and super clean practice with excellent front desk service and very comfortable spaces all around AND, *Super Down to Earth and Easy to Chat with! *Caring, Patient and Compassionate *A Great Listener and a Kind Man! *Very Reasonable Prices (same $99 for DOT Physical Exam as 4 yrs ago)! *A Happy Doctor who always gives his Very Best!

Dr. Hansel and the entire office staff are wonderful! They are always accommodating, pleasant, and educated. Dr. Hansel is extremely thorough and has a warming personality. I never feel rushed during my visits, as I have often felt at other clinics. All of my questions are answered without exception. They are extremely flexible with scheduling. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Hansel's Urgent Care and feel confident they will be pleased with the services. My family and I will continue care here as long as we live in the Portland Metro area, without a doubt!!!!!

Dr. Hansel is an excellent physician. Each of my visits have been a positive experience. I walked out knowing that he listened to my concerns and wanted to help me feel better. He's knowledgeable, kind, and works hard to help you heal. His staff is friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable. I've recommended Dr. Hansel to my family and would recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of healthcare they can have confidence in.

If you're going to spend this kind of money you need to at least respect and enjoy your care team. Not to sure what's going on here. The care seemed spot on at the beginning. My UC symptoms (main reason for my vist) were lessened but no where near tolerable, paid over $1000 for blood tests that told me what I'm "allergic" to so we could eliminate those and not much improved. Asked the Dr what my next steps were and he said he had no other solutions, but I should go on TRT because my numbers were low and that might help. About a year and $600 every 3 months later I finally had enough of the argumentative receptionist. Since day one I was blown away someone could be in her position with such a horrible grasp of business and customer service practices. In my search for a new care team I learned from other NDs that not only was my bloodwork missing crucial tests, but my TRT should have been supported with an estrogen blocker to mitigate symptoms. As your T goes up many people produce more estrogen to counteract, essentially I wasn't getting anywhere close to the results I should have been. I would have been happy to give Dr. H the opportunity to correct or address this. Unfortunately, given his past responses to my concerns of treatment and his absolutely unbearable receptionist, I'm left to believe this is just two people burnt out running a cash grab, doing the minimum to get by. I have since found a new clinc, with happy, fresh and helpful NDs and staff. If you haven't explored other NDs I would HIGHLY suggest shopping around.
