Updated review: Dr Gerecci is the best plastic surgeon in the Portland metro area. What makes her so good is her technical skill and ability to deliver on exactly what the patient asks for. She's also very nice and seems to love what she does. I had a rhinoplasty/nose job, brow lift, and botox, and so far, everything has been amazing. Could not recommend her enough.

I saw Dr Gerecci for a consultation and she let me know that insurance would likely cover what I needed. She was right, and it saved me a lot of money but meant I had to go to an in-network doctor. So she told me this knowing she may loose the business - that is such a huge sign of a trustworthy doctor. I will absolutely come back to her in the future.

Dr. Deniz Gerecci is a wonderful plastic surgeon. Her bedside manner is phenomenal and my experience exceeded my expectations. I had a chin implant, neck liposuction and neck muscle contouring in the beginning of January 2022. Dr. Gerecci was there every step of the way; pre- surgery, during surgery and post surgery. She was easily accessible and followed up with me with text messages. I had a history of nausea from a previous surgery and Dr. Gerecci made sure I had everything I needed to help with nausea. I have been wanting to proceed with an chin implant since I was 14 ( I am now 25) and I am so glad I waited to have my surgery completed with Dr. Gerecci! I highly recommend Dr. Gerecci for any facial plastic surgery needs.

Dr. Gerecci is a very skilled and professional surgeon. I am one week post-op for a lower face lift. Even during the holidays, she has checked in on me every day, sometimes twice a day, to make sure I am healing correctly. She is incredibly attentive to her patients. She is very thorough and made sure every step of the process was explained and understood. I highly recommend her for any face and/or neck surgery.

Dr. Gerecci and her team have truly provided me with the best possible experience! I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gerecci just over a year ago, and am finally getting around to leaving this review. After years of research, worrying and debating, I finally decided to take the plunge and go in for a consultation for the nose job I’d coveted since my teen years. I assumed it would take several consultations in order to find a surgeon I felt good about entrusting my face with, but after only our first few minutes of conversation, I knew Dr. Gerecci was who I wanted to work with. Not only did she exude such a warm and compassionate energy, she immediately made me feel comfortable by explaining things in a way that was thorough and succinct, while still listening thoughtfully to all of my concerns and questions. I felt validated and understood from the beginning of the consultation process to the very end of the last follow up visit. As far as the actual surgery goes, the entire team was supportive, encouraging and kind. My surgery couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and even though I had some trepidation and anxiety about going under anesthesia, I felt safe and cared for throughout the procedure. I had very minimal bruising and almost no pain after the surgery, only some slight discomfort and nausea, which Dr. Gerecci quickly addressed when I reached out. She gave me an excellent after care routine to follow and checked up on me consistently during my first two weeks of recovery. Of course the best part is that my results are absolutely beautiful! It’s as though Dr. Gerecci read my mind, because I couldn’t have envisioned a better outcome. I now feel that my nose suits my face in a way I didn’t know was possible. The results are very natural looking, and the functionality of my nose is still perfect, so I didn’t have to sacrifice anything for beauty in this case! I had some extra swelling because my skin is rather thick, but Dr. Gerecci gave me some injections to help with this, and now my full results are visible. Most importantly I still look like me. My best friend who’s also always wanted a nose job saw my results and was so impressed, that she decided to go in for a consultation with Dr. Gerecci as well. Three months later, I was helping her recover from her surgery, and we’ve been going in circles about what a fabulous surgeon Dr. Gerecci is ever since. I now have my Botox and filler done in her office, and I won’t see anyone but her for any future facial procedures. Dr. Gerecci is not only a wonderful, dependable surgeon, but also an immaculate artist and a sincere person. I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking both high caliber quality and a positive, personable experience for their next cosmetic procedure.
