I have been a repeat patient of Burgess Plastic Surgery and the In Your Own Skin Aesthetics & Spa for the past few years. Dr. Burgess is truly an exceptional physician and her medspa staff is above and beyond when it comes to advising what services will best meet their patient’s needs. Dr. Burgess helped me find the confidence I had been lacking with a mommy makeover, and Andrea helped me to improve my skin texture, increase collagen production, and tighten my neck and jawline with SecretRF Microneedling. Everyone there is incredibly kind and genuinely vested in making certain their patients have the best possible outcomes. I will continue to sing their praises to anyone who is willing to listen!

Ashley is amazing! I am new to Botox and was quite nervous my first time. I just completed my second appointment and can’t say enough good things. I came in for a lip flip procedure for a gummy smile and Ashley explained her process every step of the way. She made me feel at ease and despite poking needles in my face made it a fun experience. The procedure itself was quick and the results were perfect! I only regret I didn’t come in sooner as my gummy smile has always bothered me. I highly recommend In My Own Skin Medspa and particularly Ashley!

I usually don’t write reviews, but it’s about time I write one about this place! I have been going to the Med Spa at Burgess Plastic Surgery for the past seven years, and it’s the best!! It’s such a beautiful office with an outstanding staff! Every year, I buy a Clear and Brilliant package at the Annual Face Event. I’ve received IPLs, Ultherapy, HydraFacials, Skin Tightening, Facial Peels, and Thermi Eyes at the Med Spa. Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful! I have especially developed a high level of trust, respect, and friendship with the RN Shelley. I schedule all of my appointments with her. Shelley is thorough, has a high level of knowledge, years of experience, and a very calm personality. I’m so glad I found Burgess Plastic Surgery all those years ago and Shelley!! I highly recommend this place!

This is my second time coming to see Shelley for lip filler and each time has been such a comfortable and amazing experience. She is very easy to talk to and is very gentle with the procedure. 100% would recommend. I will not be going anywhere else.
