Always wanted to try something like this!!!! Did a special procedure for deep massage after warming up. Highly recommend! The clinic and high-level specialists, I'm glad that I live nearby. But even if they were within 15 miles or more, I would still choose them! 15 minutes of warming up in a cedar barrel and then 45 minutes of massage (I recommend taking more time for a massage). The massage after was very deep and high quality, my family and I are now their client :-) After the injury, which was 5 years ago, I achieved only marginal success in other clinics. But after 2 such procedures, I achieved the effect in more than 5 years with different specialists. I advise everyone! Warming up in a cedar barrel: 1) relieves tension in the muscles. 2) Reduces pain, increases mobility in the joints. 3) Calms the nervous system. 4) effectively fights insomnia. 5) helps with bronchial asthma.
