You’re in good hands with Dr. Weese. She is professional & caring all at the same time. This was my first visit to the office since the remodel & the flow is welcoming. I ventured upstairs for the first time for the most amazing facial. The setting was relaxing & Shannon clearly knows her profession. I walked out feeling rejuvenated, relaxed & my face has NEVER felt so soft. I also got some laser hair removal done with Shannon & I couldn’t rave more about her professionalism & abilities. I am so happy to be a patient here. It is really nice & easy to be able to have access to such an array of different services under the same roof. Highly recommend this office.

My husband and I have gone here for many years. We always get very prompt service. Everyone is very nice and polite. The receptionists are always very busy, but they are still very cordial and respectful. I really can't see anyone in this office being rude to a patient. I can understand someone going home crying after being accused of bad behavior. You don't have to be 'guilty' to have your feelings hurt.

This office has the best and most professional staff! Every time I go in there I’m greeted quickly and professionally. All the ladies are great in there and very sweet. I appreciate the great customer service!

My experience has been great with each visit. I trust the Doctors and their opinions. The front desk staff are the sweetest and are very helpful and efficient. I have been a patient for many years and always recommend them.

"I'm just going to take this person behind you, who is late for their appointment" is what the front staff tried to tell me after 20 minutes of trying to provide them my insurance information. As if I'm not a human deserving to be helped at my own appointment, that I was on time for. "Well, you were told in your email to bring a hard copy insurance card" was the condescending response when I showed a digital copy of my insurance card to the front desk staff on my phone. I had emailed it to myself to be prepared for my appointment. “We don’t have this problem with anyone else”. is what the front desk staff responded when I showed them the returned email after they told me to email a PDF copy and it was returned as undeliverable. Talking down to me like a child, like absolute trash, belittling me in their reception area, I think these ladies must live for belittling their patients. Please look at these pictures, the email address I entered was the same as the slip. I’m not delusional like these ladies tried to project. This facility needs to get with the times and accept digital insurance ID cards or train their staff not to treat humans with such DISRECPECT. I was referred by my PCP. I had emailed myself my cards ahead of time to be prepared for my appointment. I was early to my appointment. They are so wrong for the way they treated me.
