Grand Aesthetics by Donna

She left a scar outside my eyebrow. It is not some other skin purity she is trying to point out, which if you look closely, it's clearly not the same size or in the same *exact* area of the eyebrow. I had these pictures taken shortly after her visit and saw a new technician who validated the fresh scarring and the wrong ink that was used on me. The new technician apologized and said she would try everything she could to fix it. I reached out to Donna, but to fix it, she wanted to charge me another $850. Then she stopped replying. BTW the new technician charged a fraction of the price, ill shop around for something so permanent next time.

I was a little nervous about getting my brows done for the first time but Donna quickly put me at ease and did an amazing job!! I am very happy with my experience with Donna!! She is the best!! I absolutely love my new brows!! The color and shape and texture turned out awesome! Thank you Donna!

Donna is amazing! She’s a perfectionist and really takes her time making sure the client is happy with the results. I got my eyebrows done (I literally had nothing) and now I have beautiful microbladed brows. It’s so nice to have a freshly washed face and feel so confident just knowing my eyebrows will always be there. I’ve never had that. I will continue going back to ensure my brows don’t fade and keep looking awesome.

She calmed my fears and walked me thru the whole process. Donna helped me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend her.

I appreciate that Donna met with me prior to treatment and explained various procedures. Love my permanent brows. Donna is truly an artist with many years of experience. The facial was wonderful. It’s fabulous having a local professional without having to drive to Portland. Looking forward to my next visit.
