I have had two treatments from Greta and I am ecstatic with the results. She has great technical knowledge and experience, and she is utterly delightful to work with. Costs for the treatments are very reasonable. I highly recommend her services at the Keizer office. Staff are also very efficient and easy to schedule with.

I can't say enough on how well you are treated here. Very prompt with your appointment. Dr Goodenberger and his staff are first rate. Highly recommended.

Worst Expierence Ever. Arrived 20 mins before my scheduled appointments to fill out paper work, waited around 30 mins before going to check how much longer to be told they changed my appointment to 11:30 due to the Dr not being able to see kids. They never notified me via all the text confirmations or calls or even at the beginning of the appointment. So I sat waiting 20 extra mins with a one year old in the lobby before walking out. Ill be taking him to a different dermatologist now. If they would have called me or even told me I could have gone back home instead of dealing with my baby in the waiting room for an hour.

I’ve had two visits. Since it was my first experience with this clinic, I expected to see a doctor of dermatology, but had a trio of young “not quites.” It was to evaluate questionable spots and some were cryonically removed. My second visit was to treat the fungus I picked up from the first visit. Again, it was with a mister, rather than a physician, who prescribed fungicidal shampoo and ointment. I’m still having issues, but I won’t be back.

This place is ridiculous, they charge a lot $$ for the first meeting, check the paper well before you sign and give them your personal information. My partner went there to ask about his acne, they ask us for a blood test, after send them the blood result, they stay silence for a week and send us back a receipt mail ($267). Be careful, this place hide that info in the contract paper, they makes you read a lot to make to sign fast. Specially DO NOT give your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to them. I saw a lot people visit here have the same problem like my partner, when we give them a call back to ask about the fund, the front staff answered me with the most unpleasant attitude, so do not fall for this guys!
