If I could give 0 stars I would. Here’s my experience. I made an appointment with Seema for lip fillers of who was originally very responsive. I also inquired about a Groupon that the system wouldn’t allow me to purchase. She assured me that I could purchase it the day of my appointment. The day of my appointment Seema was very busy and behind in clients, however once I was able to be serviced, her and I had a conversation about the types of fillers she offered. At that time, she again confirmed that she would honor the Groupon. After she completed my fillers, she provided me with a DIFFERENT price. I was taken by surprise because she clearly stated the price would stay the same. This was the first instance of dishonesty. I am an honest person so of course I paid the price. The issue was that she didn’t inform me of the price BEFOREHAND. Had she informed me, i would’ve been able to accept or decline and have chosen an alternate filler. I paid for my service with her assistant of who i asked to bring me a picture of the filler I received. The filler I chose which was Revanesse lips+ was suppose to provide me with 20% more filler (1.2ml instead of 1ml) of which I did not receive. With the wait and the with her having a full salon, I opted to I contact Seema the next day to share my experience and concerns. I then asked for the additional filler I paid for to be administered at a later date (in 2 weeks) Her abrupt response and lack of accountability for the entire situation was disgusting. I was absolutely shocked by her responses and her inability to take ownership. I paid for a filler that provided a pre-filled syringe of 1.2ml. I also confirmed with other salons(of which I regret not choosing) that 1.2ml of filler is in fact administered with the Revanessa lips+ filler. I am clear that Seema has positive reviews, however the way she handles clients that have a concern and clients who want to professionally resolve an issue, she does not provide good customer service. I would never do business with the her company again and I am sharing this experience to help those that may be deciding to use her services. Please choose wisely and make sure that you are receiving what you are paying for. Find someone that provides transparency, honesty, and respect.

I just had my first Botox appointment today with Seema, and I'm so excited to see the results! Seema is amazing; she provides all the information you need and is very patient and straightforward. I’m also coming back this month for my microneedling appointment.

I’ve been to Seema twice now, and I can’t recommend her enough! Not only are her prices incredibly reasonable, but she’s also extremely honest about what I actually need. I tend to spiral into thinking I need way more work done, but she always talks me out of it, helping me make the best decision for a natural and balanced look. Her expertise as an injector really shines through, and she’s just a great person to be around. I always leave feeling confident and well cared for. If you’re looking for someone who truly has your best interests at heart, look no further!

Seema answered all my questions and took time to make me feel comfortable. This was my first time at Seema’s, but it won’t be my last. Her prices are reasonable and she is knowledgeable and honest about her treatment recommendations.
