I had a face and neck life with an upper blophopasty. He is the most kind, skilled, caring Dr. From start to finish, he listened to my concerns and how I wanted the outcome. He made sure I was well taken care of while in the hospital recovering. I am so happy I chose this amazing plastic surgeon ! His staff in the office were amazing, and they never made me feel uncomfortable with my many questions.

10 years ago I had a breast augmentation I went a little bigger I was happy with his work then I had 2 kids and decided I needed my body back to somewhat normal so who else but Dr. guarino I now live 4 1/2 hours away from his office, but he did such an amazing job. The first time I knew that I had to go back the second time so again I did a breast augmentation inplant exchange this time and tummy tuck. He is always extremely professional very kind and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and it was worth the 4 1/2 hour drive to his office and then home after the surgery his staff is very friendly and kind, welcoming and professional, I couldn’t have found a more caring Dr

Dr. Guarino and everyone in his office are amazing! I felt right at home from the first visit. They make you feel so comfortable in all ways. From the first consultation to the follows up after surgery. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed right away, procedures were explained fully and details of what to expect with recovery were provided. The surgery results are absolutely amazing (ETT, MR, Lipo, Breast Lift). The scarring around the nipples and belly button is not noticeable at all, he did such an amazing job. The office is very responsive whenever I needed assistance. The lady’s are your biggest hype people as well! Always making me feel amazing both before and after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Guarino. His attention to detail is second to none, he was very straight forward with what procedures were going to give me the best results, and his provided everything I needed from compression to scar cream.

I highly recommend Dr Guarino! After struggling for years I finally decided to schedule a consultation for breast reduction. I did a lot of research and decided to make an appointment with Dr Guarino. I had never been to a consultation like this before and did not know what to expect so I was nervous. Immediately Dr Guarino and staff made me feel comfortable. They are super knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional and answered all of my questions. Dr Guarino is seriously the most genuinely kind and caring doctor I’ve ever met which made me even more excited to go forward with the surgery. The day of surgery came quickly after the consultation. I was extremely nervous but every single nurse and anesthesiologist at the hospital assured me that he was the best and they said that “he does works of art”. And they were right, he was so calm and comforting and did an amazing job! I am so much happier than I than I ever expected, everything looks great and I feel amazing! I am so grateful for Dr Guarino!
