ADA staff is always very knowledgeable They are very friendly from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. Beth explains your condition and all the medication and how to properly use them. I always come out of there feeling secure and knowing the condition that I have and how to treat it properly. I always have faith in what Beth says.

I was nervous about going here. Everyone was great! Professional and friendly. Put me very much at ease. Everything explained to me was easy to understand. This practice is wonderful!

Dr Liu was amazing. He was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and understand. Desiree was beyond helpful. She calmed my anxiety and made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond! I will be back!

Kristina she was so nice and understood my concerns even though not life threatening she understood my cosmetic concerns and was more than happy to help me find resolve. Called to schedule an appointment and told the office I have been dealing with the certain issue for 2-3 years. When I mentioned 2-3 years the lady that was on the phone said “2-3 years!?!?” Very shockingly. They said since I have been dealing with that issue for that long it’s non emergent and will be backlogged to mid next year. Basically saying that I been dealing with this problem so I can deal with it for another couple months and can’t be seen. Melissa the amazing front desk lady also mentioned that I could go back to the previous doctor if my issue is so bothersome and that I have a dermatology specialist that is seeing me. I made it very clear I wanted another opinion because the previous specialist wasn’t able to help me get better. Just because a patient is been dealing with a possible issue for 2-3 years doesn’t mean that they do not need to be seen.. Phenomenal logic. Truly amazed by the combative personalities these front desk ladies showed when I tried scheduling an appointment with them. Absolutely terrible healthcare policies.
