I’ve been going to Clair for massage therapy for several years and have been consistently happy with his service. He applies just the right degree of pressure while working out my kinks and knots and soothing sore muscles. I always leave relaxed and much looser than when I arrived. Highly recommend him! He is an excellent MT!

I’ve been seeing Manny for several months, and I am continually impressed by his expertise and intuition. He has an amazing ability to pinpoint exactly where I need work, and I always leave feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Manny is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors each session to my specific needs. Whether I’m dealing with stress or muscle tension, he knows just how to help. I highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for a skilled and intuitive massage therapist!

We recently had to cancel an appointment at Hand & Stone on March 11th, due to an emergent health situation, and we were incredibly disappointed in how the situation was handled. At the time of cancellation, there was no mention of a $40 fee, and given the circumstances, we would have expected some level of compassion and understanding. Instead, we were met with a lack of empathy and an unexpected charge (that is quite pricey in this economy!) Life happens, and while we understand businesses have policies, there should be room for discretion in situations like these. Unfortunately, the way this was handled has left us with a very negative impression. We hope Hand & Stone reconsiders how they approach customer service in difficult moments like this.

I thought that Lauren was absolutely fantastic! But I was very disappointed with the way I was billed. Because I used a gift card, I had to pay double the price of the intro fee for a facial. That seemed very much like a "bait and switch" tactic, and I had no knowledge ahead of time that this would be the case. I suggest that you change your policy so that people are not mislead as I was.

I finally had a moment to cash in on a gift card, idle chit chat resulted in my defending my place of employment. The masseuse went on and on about her experience at the venue I worked at, I heard about the good, the bad and the ugly. I had recommendations for her to have a better experience, which she then stopped the massage to write down suggestions. I was irritated as I was there to relax and all I did was leave frustrated. I had enhancements added onto my service which one service was not done at all and the others were not worth the two extra seconds that the services seemed to be thrown in last minute. The massage was supposed to be full body but that didn't happen either. The only thing that might be good out of the massage experience, my employer may have kept a customer. I can say, I will most likely not go back to this spa. At the end, my masseuse was happy I had suggestions for her next entertainment experience so, I'm happy I could pay so much money to help her out. Key tip, if someone is there for a massage and enhancements, they DO NOT want to discuss work! Thank you!
