Young Medical Spa - Center Valley

Everyone was nice they set me up right away. Very informative, professional the rooms look nice, and the environment is welcoming. Highly recommend this place of business. UPDATE!!! Every time I have called in and spoke with Melissa she has been really rude and disrespectful and pushy towards me. I noticed this the first time I engaged with her in conversation and she was irritated on the fact that she had to provide me service and all I was doing was asking her basic questions. I thought this was strange and weird at first until the third time I spoke with her where she started to talk to me arrogantly and even started talking over me and didn't let me speak. Then she started screaming at the top of her lungs before she hung up the phone and every time I called after that the call will go straight to voicemail. It's obvious to me that Melissa has an issue with men it's obvious to me that she hates men and this is absolutely disgusting and should not be something that should be carried to the workplace. If she wants to be a feminist she should be a feminist at home not at on the job. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment and honestly so much so that I don't think I want to ever do business with this establishment. The sad part about it is I was going to come in for procedure and now I'm no longer think I will. I do not recommend this place of Business to anyone who has any self-respect but I feel like this is more personal and catered towards me because I'm a guy. This is absolutely sad and pathetic.....

**THIS PLACE DELETES NEGATIVE REVIEWS, DO NOT TRUST RATINGS** Partner spent thousands of dollars on an operation that produced practically no results during a single point in her recovery / post-surgery. She spoke to them MANY times about this and was constantly assured that “there is a noticeable difference” (everyone around her and in her life not trying to get thousands of dollars out of her can tell her otherwise) and that it will show more and more of a positive result as more and more months went on. These positive results never came. When we asked for some sort of refund at this point because now we live across the country and they can’t fix this with more operating (doubt they would have) they basically told us to kick rocks and now have deleted her lengthy and in-depth review detailing this whole process and her experience, with her now feeling defeated and not wanting to go through all the effort of even trying to stand up to these people again. Just leaving this here in case Google declines their request to delete this (a ridiculous abuse of power) and maybe others can see these people will do and say whatever they can to get your money for their snake oil.

Everyone was so amazing and welcoming to me. I appreciate the detailed information and attention to detail while listening to what I wanted. I would recommend to everyone. My wife is coming with me next time.

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the procedures so you understand the process and outcomes. Kudos to Amber she's wonderful!

Would give 10 stars if I could! Staff members and Dr. Young are very welcoming and professional. Young Medical Spa made sure I was completely satisfied with my results.
