The entire staff is very professional and helpful. The facility is very clean and well organized. Dr. Osofsky ant Leticia are very skilled and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. They took the appropriate amount of time to perform a complete examination.

I had my first visit yesterday and could not be more happy. My appointment was prompt. Everyone was friendly and professional. The office was very clean. And Dr. Robyn and her assistant were very thorough, personable, and helpful. They made me feel totally comfortable the whole time.

Front desk lady was rude because I was 2 minutes late. She then rushed me to sign papers saying “well you are late for your appointment so you need to hurry and do these” as I rushed to fill out the paperwork I was still left waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time. So I’m unsure as to why I was rushed in the first place

Dr.Osofsky has a caring listening approach, does a thorough exam of problem asking history and related factors of conditions which now has been 3 different ones plus a cancer screening. My most recent visit was after undiagnosed, 3 bad, obviously wrong Urgent Care possible dx of a hard,painful flamming red, deep bump under my skin. Holiday season and full schedule but staff offered me a second appointment cancelation I could make in a week and I was avoiding ED circus experience Residents at all costs and bad care, PCP booked and my medical knowledge made me aware I needed a procedure and seriousness of rapid infection progression. My abcess was not waiting another day and was culture and biopsy. Dr. O was safer than my dangerous request to excise the lump under damaged abcessed tissue and he is always excellent at answering my rapid fire questions in my Anxiety to educate me or explain in his calm manner. He doesn't utilize home health I think is a problem to discover having done home wound care. My request was intolerance antibiotics orally. I did fine oral med ordered. I was added in to reevaluate before Holiday vaca due to necessity. My condition is undiagnosed due to several medical factors but follow up and further assessment was scheduled in addition to additional bumps. Going to ED would not have gotten me quality care so I am grateful to the conscientious staff calling me daily about cancelation. My procedure done were efficient and comfortable and notified by nurse when reports results arrived prior to follow up. Using a special lab for biopsy best results made me more comfortable for quality report. I likely need additional biopsy for diagnosis and changing condition but I trust Dr. Osofsky and his honesty we don't have the definitive answer and the reasons. But I have someone to continue investigating for a diagnosis or further infections. I've added a problem at past visit I forgot needed addressed and he provided treatment to spare me from pain lengthy flare ups in addition to scheduled problem. I need my instructions written down not just spoken and it's his normal . I have Dr. O because I requested new provider after Dr.Ali was harsh, rude and refused to answer my questions questioning me ? She talks at you, not to you in lecture format very impersonal. Refused request to write instructions and then were unclear scribbling. Had no educational information on my long term condition diagnosed. Was also rough and uncomfortable treating my elder brothers new cancer. He was avoiding care from needed new doctor after already having mohs. She was not the doctor assessment but available for his procedure. I had to remind him I warned him avoid her. He once again is not following up due to bad experience this time.

On time. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr. Ali is so pleasant and explains things well. Always a good experience there.
