I am welcomed by staff. The waiting time is not long----very efficient. A staff member takes me to the exam room and explains what I am to do. Waiting time for the doctor is not long. The Dr is professional and also friendly-----demonstrates interest in me as a person as well as her patient. The examination is thorough. I am very satisfied.
