I had a procedure done with Dr. Chapin a couple of years ago. What an amazing doctor he is and the staff, nurses, are the best as well. This is a very professional clinic. For most of my adult life, I have been self conscious about being “well-endowed.” A temporary fix was uncomfortable minimizing bras with painful underwires. Then I started to experience chronic neck, back and shoulder pain, and slouching. If you are reading this review, you know what I mean. I had always dreamed of breast reduction and, at the age of 74, my dream came true. Dr. Scott Chapin and his staff, especially Melissa, were a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions (and I had loads) and never pressured me. Melissa was a source of strength and support throughout the entire process. Dr. Chapin is a master at what he does. He is very approachable, patient and kind, and I highly recommend him. Don’t wait, do it now. It is life-changing!
