I have been a patient of Dr. Mash since I was 19 years old. I am now 44 years old and she is still my only trusted dermatologist. Maria is a phenomenal practitioner. Mary is always pleasant and personable. I am received with respect and kindness from all the staff in their office. They have kept my skin youthful, clear, and radiant. I highly recommend Mash MD and associates to anyone who is seeking professionals who are caring, respectful, and honestly hands down the absolute best and skilled at their craft.

I drove over an hour to get the office. I have been seeing Dr. Mash on and off for 10 years. I am stuck in traffic wondering why i drive so far. But after everything is said and done I remember. I've been to Dr mash’s office for multiple procedures. I have seen Beth Ann and she has done an incredible job. While most doctors are out to get your wallet Beth Ann isn't. She told me I didn't need several things done that I thought I might need. For this reason and because of her incredibly kind and professional staff (Mary, JB, and Debbie) I will be going here for years to come. They have more than earned my business and my referrals. I would recommend going here for not only your dermatology needs but your cosmetic needs as well.

I have had Botox a few times. Results are very pleasing even after a week. Two weeks in and the results are very weak. I called the office to let them know of my concerns. The call went as if they wanted me to come in and fix any issues.When I sat down it became a, I didn’t get enough tactic. So I would have to pay even more then what I originally got each unit for. I was told if I liked the results of another place, then I should go back there. It became my fault in not telling them what the other place did to get the results. I’m not the Doctor or specialist. I can only voice my concerns like I did with the other places. I drove almost an hour and wouldn’t have to be told it was only for a follow up. This is my experience only with them. It was upsetting to be talked to like one did to me. And paying for more is not the issue. I will do that now to fix the none results I got from this place.

I called 3x as a new patient for a simple cosmetic but expensive procedure. Over 2 weeks and never received a return call. Finally I was able to make an appointment for 4:50. After driving a half hour in rush traffic I missed my exit and called to say I was going to be 5-10 minutes late. I was told that the"provider" leaves at 5 and because I still had to fill out paperwork that would not be able to see me. It was 4;50 and I was two blocks away. She said you are already half hour late your appt was at 4:40??! there is no way she can see you! Very matter of fact. Nit even an offer to reschedule. So NOT flexible, compassionate nor professional!
