Excellent check in and out process - Kat makes everything so easy. Dr Jung was there as usual even though he had to clean the snow off of his car and shovel so he could take out. Everything was just perfect and I love it coming there for my monthly appointments !

I started seeing Dr. Ferrari a few months ago for my migraines. She’s extremely thorough and extremely compassionate. I feel like the treatments have really helped me a lot. Dr Ferrari is so down to earth and really listens to your needs. I feel like for the first time my migraines are actually under control. I highly recommend SEPA in East Norriton!

The staff are so friendly and efficient. The check-in was easy and so fast, i didn't even have a minute to finish signing my check-in paperwork before u was called back to check my vitals! Courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and altogether wonderful staff and doctors! Dr. Cindy Ferrari is the best. She went through every detail, answered all my questions and concerns, and explained related topics, all on the path towards recovery and good health. Very helpful. My experience with SEPA has been excellent. Dr. Metzger is caring and clear in his explanations and expectations. The other people in the office are great, too. I recommend this practice.

The staff is very friendly. Waiting room is open and airy. There aren’t any delays from check-in time until your visit. Dr. Jung is very friendly and honest and will answer any questions you have. I appreciate him and his staff.
