After years of pain, and therapy for my back and neck, doctors suggested a drastic breast reduction. Having been large breasted my entire life, it was a bit overwhelming to consider. However, Dr Kim, and his staff made me feel immediately comfortable from the moment I walked through the door the first time for my consultation until my surgery was done and my follow up appointments were completed. What an absolutely outstanding, positive experience! As a former health care professional and medical school professor I've had considerable experience working in the medical community. For years, I've dealt with persistent severe chronic pain commonly known as peripheral nerve syndrome. This is when nerves become entangled or compressed by scar tissue or some other physical anomaly. It's a difficult medical condition that often leads to misdiagnosis and inappropriate treatments. Many afflicted patients frequently land in some pain management program. Peripheral nerves become so inflamed, patients are totally disabled by severe chronic pain. After studying my extensive medical history and medical journal submissions, Dr.Kim graciously accepted my difficult case. Surgery was scheduled. Upon my post operative procedure, I knew immediately that my suffering had finally ended. Dr. Kim confirmed that he had located the offending cutaneous nerve. The nerve was now dissected and safely tucked away in surrounding muscle tissue. I was elated!
