cannot say enough amazing things about Patty and her incredible team at Metro Laser in Exton. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean and beautiful the facility is. The staff is so friendly, loving, and accommodating—they even watched my 1-year-old daughter while I got my laser hair removal treatment! Patty, in particular, is an absolute gem. She always takes the time to ask about my day and somehow remembers every little detail I share with her. She’s not only kind, loving, and completely nonjudgmental, but she’s also incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. My facial hair has been a huge insecurity for years, and I can’t believe I’m finally on the path to living a life free from that torment. I drive over an hour just to come here, and I’ll gladly continue to do so because the customer service is truly next level. Patty makes me feel like family, and I’m forever grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and expertise. Metro Laser is worth every mile I drive—it’s truly life-changing!
