Dr. Minh P. Thieu, MD

Poor customer service, my appointment was early morning at 8:30 and my doctor didn’t see me until 9:00. I asked how long it would be and if the doctor was there and they said she was and would be in shortly. I asked again later they told me she was stuck in traffic and was almost there. I feel they should have been honest with me, I had to be back at work and I scheduled the appointment early to be back on time. Last point, the doctor didn’t apologize for being late, and didn’t acknowledge it at all.

Dr. Minh is a great dermatologist. She always explains conditions and how the treatment works for me. She’s very knowledgeable and smart. She diagnosed a skin condition I have and other doctors I went to didn’t pick up on the condition. I’m very pleased with her work.

i luv Dr. Thieu! She removed a quarter size cyst on the very top of my head. no shaving, no all day surgery. she was wonderful! competent, skillful, relaxed, mindful, and i want to say Thank You to you, Dr. Thieu. i give 11 on volume! and your team of assistants were so skilled and thoughtful as well.

I needed to see a dermatologist and my primary physician gave me Dr. Thieu's name. I have been very happy with my experience. From scheduling my first appointment, the assistants who are part of the process, to receiving ongoing treatments it has been a wonderful experience. Everything is explained before any procedures are performed. Appointments are always on time. I highly recommend this practice.

I really like Dr Minh P Thieu. I found her extremely welcoming and informative; she devoted plenty of time to the appointment to answer my questions. She moves quick, though, and is very action oriented! She was very conversational and it was a good distraction during my outpatient surgery.
