Innovative Dermatology

Visiting the office of Innovative Dermatology is an extremely positive experience. Beginning with Dr. Khanh Thieu who is an efficient, effective and very caring Doctor, you know you are in good hands. As Disneyland is one of the “happiest” places on earth, I believe this medical facility is one of the “most caring” places! The entire staff works at making you feel welcome, understood and valued. I feel very fortunate to be one of their patients.

While the wait times are comparable to any other doctor office, I really enjoyed the ambiance of the rooms and I liked the amount of time given to the appointment by the doctor. The front desk has humorous and straight to the point staff and the nursing/doctor assistants are very friendly. Only problem was how far out scheduling is, but that is, again, not specific to this practice so I'm not reducing my review for that.

Amazing and knowledgeable doctors who are the best at what they do. The office is very clean, modern, easy to find, with great parking. Everyone that I have referred there have also had great experiences.

Been going to both the Wilmington and Havertown offices since I switched from another practice after I turned 18 for my psoriasis. They saw that it had gotten worse since Dr. Rosenthal (in Wilmington, DE) refused to renew my prescription for another medication because I stopped seeing him and they gave me treatment that ACTUALLY WORKED. Minh, Kahn, and Sara are all wonderful people that genuinely care about their patients. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful; have never made me feel stupid for asking questions. Highly reccomend!!!

Really friendly staff. Nice, clean office. Wait times are reasonable, I’ve been seen within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time each time. Dr. Minh is very kind and knowledgeable, she really makes you feel comfortable.
