Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I have been here twice for me and once for my son who is 5. The dr did a great job with both of us but my review is for the office staff at the desk. These women are so kind and sweet and helpful. I always go in with kids in tow and they're loud and touch stuff and they are all so kind and understanding of children! They r sweet and amazing.

They were able to get me in quickly as a new patient, the staff was all very nice and Tony, PA was thinking outside of the box and is helping me get to the bottom of a hard to diagnose autoimmune disease. Very grateful for them and looking forward to seeing them in the future for my derm needs.

I had an emergency situation and I stopped in the office without an appointment. The whole staff were extremely kind and made sure my issue was handled as quickly as possible. This issue turned into something a little more complicated than expected. And the whole situation was handled very professionally and the care that I received was above and beyond.

I had an appointment scheduled for an examination of a couple of areas of concern and a full body scan. While driving to my appt. the office called me and said they needed to reschedule my appt because Michele wasn't feeling good. I told the caller that I was already on my way, and she then said, "Ok, we'll see you when you get here". After checking in at the front desk, I was taken to an exam room. Michele's asst. asked me some medical questions. A few minutes later Michele entered the room and I showed her the areas of concern, and she said it was nothing to worry about. The entire exam lasted about 20 seconds. I was told I would have to make another appt. for the body scan. There definitely will not be another appt.
