Dr Grohol is great, always very thorough & professional. The only issue I have is when trying to contact the office. I wish you would actually get someone in the office & not have to call the main switchboard. I always end up on hold for quite some time. When prompted to leave a call back number instead of waiting, no one ever calls me back.

Dr. Grohol and the Staff at Eye Care Specialists make my yearly vision exam a pleasure ! I trust them completely. I am already looking forward to next year's appointment.

This is the first eye doctor I have been to in a long time where everyone was friendly and polite. The appointment itself was for my grandson and I am happy that he took the time to explain everything to us.

The staff including Dr Grohol are extremely professional and courteous. They take their time to listen to your concerns and provide treatment that works. I never feel rushed nor like a number and the wait is never long. I highly recommend their services!
