I’ve been seeing Jillian for years and she has helped my skin tremendously! Having acne in my early 20s that leaves scarring is so frustrating, but Jill prescribed me an effective at home regimen. We alternate in office treatments from micro needling with PRP to hydrafacials and peels. Now, I get so many compliments and my skin has never looked and felt better! I also saw Kaitlyn for the first time for lip filler and she’s nothing short of amazing. She listened and respected what I wanted, while also giving her professional opinion. She’s so kind and very knowledgeable in her field. They are the best!

Wonderful experience start to finish. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable. They patiently answered all my questions, made recommendations on skincare, and calmed my fears before trying preventative botox. I explained I didn't want to change my face, just wanted to do some prevention. They didn't try to push me to do anything, Kaitlyn even recommended not to do most areas of my face. Beware that all of the beautiful before and after photos on Kaitlyn Nelson’s Instagram page are taken directly after injection and do not look the same fully healed. They had no record of the appointment I made through the link in her Instagram bio, and I was waiting for more than an hour past my appointment to see Kaitlyn. She recommended I get Restalyne in my lips (which is more viscous than other products), even though I told her it projected forward after having it done by a different injector. I decided to trust her since she “specializes” in vertical volume. Not only were my lips left with a shelf for six months after injection, the vermillion border was incredible painful to touch for that amount of time as well. Also, on the left side of my upper lip a small bubble formed that is still slightly visible seven months later. Kaitlyn also ran out of the room without saying bye the second I signed the social media release form for my before and afters. Her assistant even commented on it. Considering how her focus on social media seems to take precedence over her clients and their results, I would be wary of many of the similarly worded glowing reviews across the internet. Seven months later my body has absorbed some of the filler and my lips look natural (aside from the small remaining bubble), but it wasn’t worth the wait or the $900.
