A year ago I had an extended tummy tuck with Dr. Funk, he is the best surgeon ever. The outcome of the surgery is amazing. Due to my experience with Dr. Funk I highly recommend him and the staff are very polite, helpful and patient.

I had the same experience as the review mentioned before in regards to the receptionist. I scheduled my consultation anyway. Dr Funk was very rude he was more concern with profiling me than explaining the procedure to me. He chatted for however long out in the hallway about his upcoming vacation and then rushed me. The assistance that set up the room was nice and I could tell she was embarrassed for the way he treated me.

I had coolsculpting done. I was told to expect a 20% reduction in my lower belly. When I asked about a guarantee, I was told “I can’t guarantee results, but I can tell you that I’ve never had anyone not get results.” That was comforting enough to go ahead with the procedure. 3 months later, I had no results in my lower belly area despite a healthy diet, daily exercise, and 5 lb lost from my diet and exercise. I called and was told that I can do a 2nd round of the procedure if I’d like to. Why would I spend $1700 on the first round and get no results to turn around and spend $1000 on a second round? Very unprofessional and an unacceptable response to a concern about not seeing results. I guess I’ll go on record as the “first” to not get results… but I surely won’t spend another dime here.

Dr. Funk is an artist! He is perfectionist in his work. He cares deeply about his patients.
