LVPG Family Medicine-Laurys Station

Since Dr.Chu left, this office has rapidly gone down hill! I tried to see another provider out of this office and I was turned away because Iv been seen at Laurys station for so long. Terrible! Seriously considering going to st.lukes. This office definitely treats you like you’re just a customer.

Since December 21st 2023 to now January 17th 2024 I have been getting the run around. I have an infection in my wisdom teeth that requires surgery. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do. which was a lie because my mother in law called in because i was in agony, and only then did they give me a prescription. now im going through the same thing and still they are giving me the run around. I have never felt like any of the doctors i have had did not care about health and pain until now

Just a number not a patient. Holly Marakovitz is treats you like a number. I went for my well appointment. When there I was asked some questions and answered them honestly. While checking out, I realized I didn’t get the script for my yearly blood work. I saw Holly walking by and said hey I didn’t get my script for blood work. She told me I would have to reschedule an appt and that she would issue the bloodwork at a preventative appt. That was my yearly appt. Even the woman at the counter went back to tell her that it was my well appt. I also needed my tetanus shot in which that didn’t happen either. Holly must not be meeting her quota. Her cold heartedness just lost Lehigh Valley Health network a patient. I have now scheduled my appts with St Luke’s.

I gave the two stars for the nurses, which is the only good thing. My doctor is Dr. Chu just sends me to a specialist right away for example I could have a stomach flu and she'd send me to the gastro doctor. So, basically my insurance and my co-pay are paying for two minute visit and a piece of paper. I will definitely be switching to St. Luke's for my medical issues anymore.

It has been increasingly difficult to get any appointments with LVHN. Cannot just call office and get an appointment. Nurse must call you back and triage everyone. Most times sending you to Express Care. I miss the good old days, and my doctor. Tell her I said hi if you see her because I haven't.
