Ethos Clinic

Out of all the therapists and psychiatrists I have seen, Ethos has been and still is my favorite. I feel like an actual human being and like I matter to them. All of the staff are very nice, even when they are on the phone with another client. Kim knows what she is doing when prescribing medication especially when my meds would differ from time to time. She also is very accommodating to the point that if something was wrong with my meds, I am able to send her a message and receive a response the same day. All in all I would say this place is a great place to go for any mental health needs.

I definitely recommend them. Especially going to see Doctor Kim. My daughter been going to her for 8 year's. I have to say she is wonderful, compassionate, friendly, understanding, listening to what you have to say and gives you advice. She is the best mental health doctor ever. So please if you want the help for your child or even you come here. They are are fantastic.

I have been a patient at Ethos for a little over 2 years now, and I can’t tell you enough about how much they have improved my life..I came in wanting to “fix” all the things wrong with me, but instead I came out with love, understanding, and embracing all of the things that make me, me. I can’t thank this facility, and all the people within it, enough. Also, I see some rough reviews about staff being unfriendly, etc., please don’t let this deter you from asking them for help..it’s very hard working with people sometimes. We’ve all been there. I promise you from my own experience, everyone there wants to help you. But they also have regular office policies set in place to keep everything running fair and smoothly. Sure things happen, but if you follow the policies as best you can, communicate in advance, and be understanding, then I can guarantee they’ll be accommodating and friendly right back to you. Thank you to everyone at Etho’s for being there for the people that need you, and improving our lives. You are truly valued.

I've been a loyal patient here for nearly 3 years and I see Kim and she is wonderful mental health doctor, very understanding, compassionate, and genuinely seems to care. As for the ladies at the front desk, no offense but you make people feel as if they don't matter, as if not having you mental health meds isn't a huge deal. I've personally walked out of that place crying several times, saw people crying at the pharmacy next door because of them, and I've even watched someone pretty much have a nervous breakdown because she was handicap in a wheel chair unable to move much and was like 10 minutes late to an appt. They turned her away until she started sobbing and making a huge scene. I don't really understand why it has to be this way. if you don't want to work with patience then this is the wrong job for you. That's as nice as I can put it. if I didn't love my doctor, id have left a very long time ago

DO NOT USE ETHOS Received one notice of an amount due via mail a year ago, and I was making regular payments to them. Never received any updated bills or payment due notices and suddenly I get a call from a collection company. When i called to ask why they didnt notify me my account was being sent to collections, the woman I spoke to on the phone agreed that only one bill was sent out over a year ago and she'll "pass my message to the manager"
