From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The owners were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and make me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and inviting, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Not only do my lips look amazing, but I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend this place for anyone considering lip filler—you won’t be disappointed!

Brandon is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, takes the time to be VERY informative. Excellent atmosphere for a first-timer as well as those who know what they want. This was only my second tox experience but I didn’t bruise AT ALL in ANY of my injection points, so I’m very pleased with his work! I did bruise with my first experience at another med spa, though the end results from both experiences/med spas were absolutely fabulous! I very much recommend Translate & Brandon!!

What a lovely experience! When walking in, I was instantly comforted by the welcoming and calming atmosphere. The owners are so nice and diffused any anxiety I walked in with. Within minutes of having the IV inserted, I felt energized & happy! During the process they provided snacks, drinks and good conversation. After trying many different things, I had been looking for something new to help with my mental and physical health. I will definitely be back for another session!
