I had a specific color in mind when I came to my appointment, Rachel blended the most exquisite color tailored just for me, I’m so in love with it. Throughout my appointment, Rachel made sure to check in on my comfort level quite often which was very comforting. I would hands down recommend Rachel for your permanent lower eyeliner placement.
