I trust no one with my eyebrows and finally decided to go to a professional. So happy with the results! She walked me through the process and explained her idea and asked my input before doing anything. Super fast, super easy. I tend to take forever to wax my eyebrows and have dropped my wax into spots I did not want and ended up losing more eyebrow than I wanted. I will be back. Very happy with everything from the friendliness, professionalism, speed, cost, and talking me through everything. Update- well, I was too excited for another visit so booked another service (or two 😁). So happy with the results. Still amazed she could get all the hair in one swipe while I take forever to do it on my own. I feel pampered and spoiled. Always a pleasure seeing you Lettie!

Went for the first time the other week for the Sweetheart Package as a pick me up for Valentine’s Day and was absolutely blown away. Michelle was incredible. The Swedish massage was the perfect way to unwind followed by the most relaxing facial. Michelle was so knowledgeable and did an incredible job. I also really enjoyed talking to her and asking her all kinds of questions. My skin was glowing. I will absolutely be back!

Great experience!! I got a full body wax and I’m so happy with the results. Shop is very clean and welcoming. I booked with Michelle Brunner and she was wonderful, made me feel comfortable and was very precise. Super quick, will definitely be coming back. New favorite spot!!

This was my first ever facial. I must say, this facial was absolutely AMAZING. My esthetician was Shamika and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, gentle, made the experience was relaxing. I highly highly highly recommend services at this spa. I will definitely be back for more service. The staff there who greeted me were kind and informative. I did the customized facial, but I would recommend any of the services. Thank you LMLA staff for such an amazing first time experience.
