Best Med Spa in York! Upon walking in the door you are greeted with a smile by Desiree at the front desk! Always very friendly and welcoming! I have gotten laser treatments done by Mckayla who is friendly and very efficient. All of the girls at Blossom are amazing and would highly recommend any of them for their services!!

I came to blossom for my first ever facial and it was the best experience! Tiffany did the service and she was super professional and sweet. I’ve never felt so relaxed. The environment is super clean and welcoming. My skin has never felt so fresh and hydrated. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

This is by far the best med spa in York! I get so excited every time I have an appointment. I see McKayla, and her knowledge on everything skin is phenomenal. She has helped me reach my healthy skin goals and even took amazing care of me right before my wedding! Even though I see McKayla, I have gotten to know most of the other girls there too. Megan, the owner, makes sure she welcomes you and makes you feel amazing! Desiree is professional at the front and is so friendly on the phone. This is a top tier team! Thank you ladies for the best care!

Michelle is the worst! She rushes everything. She doesn't listen to what you want, she does everyone's lips the same! Mine were very uneven! I was furious, not only was the receptionist Crystal a jerk but Michelle was not happy to see me back. She made my lips look ridiculous, I was not about to go back a third time. I recommend Belle Aesthetics in Stewartstown! I read Michelle's reviews from when she was a nursing assistant at a Dr's office. They were horrible, just like her skills at Blossom Med Spa! To the owner, Yes I meant your med spa! It was a few years ago but I will never allow you to gas light me into believing this didn't happen at your esablishment. Crystal was the receptionist, Michelle did all of the Botox and lip injections. Look my name up in your computer! I have an Alle' account. It doesn't matter to me how much time passed, I remember having crooked lips!

Shout out to Megan for running such a wonderful business with amazing staff. These ladies have always provided top notch services and been so kind. I look forward to many more visits in the future!
