We were told by mother in laws home health nurse to drop off a urine sample off at the Milton Clinic. We were told that the lab could be closed, which it was Friday 3/14/25 at 3:40. My complaint is the lack of customer support that I received. Such as “the home health nurse should have known better”, no apologies….could not accept the sample, could not process it. The lack of caring was absolutely unacceptable. You all can certainly do better!

This doctors office is the most absurd doctors office i’ve came across. My daughter needed a head lice treatment and they kept sending out otc treatments when we already tried them, i was not buying any other treatments out of pocket! When i tried to get a prescription treatment, this office denied it, which is insane because i went to a family doctors for years, with the same insurance they sent out prescription treatments no problem. These people will not help you, the most they will do is try to make you pay for your care for everything! Crazy! Getting my doctors switched and never bringing my children here again, worst doctors office i’ve ever experienced.

My adult daughter went to see Dr. Cho and treated her like her symptoms didn't matter. She had a really sore throat and wanted to be tested for strep. The doctor rolled her eyes at her and told her that her throat didn't look that bad then proceeded NOT to give her a strep test. Wanted to test her for Covid and she had already been tested twice in the last week with negative results. Now a day later her throat is even worse and has to go to urgent care. I DO NOT RECCOMEND DR. CHO AT ALL!!!!

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. After 4 visits and being told by their front desk girl / person they had my insurance on file I received 2800 in bills for a blood test , checking my blood pressure and meeting Beth Keller to read my results which is not even a doctor and then learn they don't accept my insurance. Now I'm being told by their office it's not thier responsibility to make sure my insurance covers bills . On top of this Office had children running around blowing bubbles in entrance way as other children in waiting area running around as well. ( No mask which is thier protocol ) I voiced my concerns but went on deaf ears. Then they ask why my blood pressures is high and want to put me on meds! I've lived in 4 states in the past ten years as my job moves me around and this is by far the worst service I've ever had anywhere ! Just to be clear in 2019 I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was provided exceptional service from Dr Wilson office at Wake Forest hospital in North Carolina and Dr Walker's office in Hendersonville North Carolina. Never have I had so many issues with a " Doctor's Office and never once seen a real doctor. Just Miss Beth Keller who wanted to change everything my previous doctor set up after being seen for 4 years. ( real doctor ) She took one blood test and wanted to make changes within 2 , ten minute visits. Just crazy, people run the other way go elsewhere for your safety and please tell your friends and family !

Had to make an appointment last minute to have my daughter's kindergarten paperwork filled out and her teeth looked at and they got me in immediately (literally the day after I called) the receptionist David was wonderful and did a perfect job at finding a spot for me before March 31st.The nurse Lauren was fantastic with my daughter and the doctor was also absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyones children. Thank you so very much.
