Flutter Salon and Spa

We came here for a couple’s massage on Valentines day. Extremely friendly staff and great amenities. They do go out of their way to make sure guests have a great experience. My only complaint would be that we booked 2 Swedish massages and they up charged one to a deep tissue without us asking to do so and im not even sure we got a deep tissue. On the intake form we both selected Swedish and selected hard/deep. When we checked out they claimed we asked to upgrade the massage which was not true and charged us more.

Great appointment. Booked a silent appointment which was nice. They said nails will last three weeks. I'm on day #10 and a chunk came out. I noticed a chip on a different finger on day #7. Overall I'm impressed.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here. My friends and I had a spa day together here and it was a dream. I was able to book a party via email after speaking with Janice and she was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We all got massages and facials, and had the upstairs spa area to ourselves. We were treated with champagne, snacks, strawberries, and were given bathrobes and slippers to wear during. The ladies who provided our services were angels on earth and we spent the entire rest of the weekend feeling relaxed and revived. We are actually thinking about coming back and bringing our boyfriends and husbands! I would highly recommend flutter and cannot wait to return.

Jackie, the massage therapist was fantastic! Haven’t had a massage in a few years and will definitley be returning soon. Would highly recommend her to anyone that would be interested in a thorough and relaxing massage.

Wow! I’ve been going now for a couple months and seriously, the quality of service is outstanding. I have been getting deep tissue massages from Jackie and she does a phenomenal job. She’s very friendly, talented, and attentive. Their plans for regular services and memberships are also very valuable. I’ve gotten my nails done as well and their nail techs are very talented too! Highly recommend to anyone that wants a high quality and relaxing experience. A true spa.
